You’ll find me either educating and supporting my Online Ladies or, in the gym encouraging and training my Ladies that Lift to achieve their goals, overcome their fears and believe in their aspirations.
When I’m not helping clients I’m working on my own goals or just out walking my doggo called Jasper and spending time with my husband, family, and friends.

It can be so hard to have motivation for anything during the menopause, very easy to gain body fat and even easier to move less!
While life continues to move along, we are trying to deal with our body’s physical changes, hormones that are haywire, lack of sleep, less energy, normal family stuff, work stress, elderly parents, teenage kids and what seems like a dwindling mental capacity – does this sound familiar?

This is on-line group coaching at its best. This is learning to eat healthily, fuelling your body and improving your relationship with food!
