What exactly do you do as a Mid Life Ladies Online Coach?
I am a fitness professional, educated to influence healthy eating behaviors and equip my ladies, as well as the general population, to take responsibility for their overall health through improved nutrition. I work with, rather than for, my clients by helping them to put into practice changes necessary to current eating patterns and lifestyle to improve their overall health and manage their menopause symptoms. My role as a nutrition coach is to provide guidance, advice, support and accountability NOT to prescribe meal plans, supplements, or to treat disease.
How do the programmes work?
On signing up we will work together to find out your goals and aspirations. Through education and support I will empower you to make healthy choices 80% of the time all while fitting in with your lifestyle and social life.
I have a food allergy/intolerance - can you still help me?
On my programmes I don’t promote any specific foods for you to eat. You will have a calorie and protein target to aim for which allows us to work around any allergies or intolerances you have been diagnosed with.
What if I have holidays or special occasions during the programme?
Chill – this whole programme is based around you and your lifestyle. Our time together will empower you to enjoy social occasions and holidays whilst working towards your goals and no longer having The Fear.
Can I get in touch if I need some guidance or do I have to wait until our next call?
Yes – you will be able to contact me on Whatsapp. I am on YOUR team and am here for any questions/guidance you may need. I always aim to reply within 24 hours.
I have tried every diet - why are you different?
2 main things – education and support. Most diets fail because there is no autonomy, no plan for after the diet or understanding of how your body reacts to being in a calorie deficit (a diet). I will give you as much support and knowledge as possible which in turn will increase your confidence so you can make the best decisions to support your goal. This isn’t a quick fix – it’s all about making long term lifestyle changes!
Do I need to exercise while being part of your programme?
Not necessarily but it is dependent on your goal. Losing body fat is do-able without exercise however I will always encourage exercise for optimum health.
What do I need before I sign up?
